Friendly, affordable care that addressed all of my questions and concerns. Patient and spoke to me in words I could understand because this stuff goes over my millennial head. As a new business owner managing everything from my little laptop, Jake set me up with something called Huntress that will help secure my computer from bad people trying to take advantage of people like me that don’t know how to protect their stuff. I’ll be using these guys for any IT help in the future for my business and personal assets.

I live in St. George, UT and work from home for a company out of Colorado, so I have to have my computer available and running at all times. Computer Connection, who I’ve been going to now for a little over four years, has been awesome with keeping me up and running. Whenever I or my husband have any problems with our computers, I take it to them and I usually have it back within a few hours or they take the time right then to see if it’s a quick fix. Their charges are very reasonable! These guys are very friendly and very helpful when we need them. I’ve recommended them on several occasions.

I’ve had a couple of situations that were not exactly what Computer Connection was set up to do, in both cases they went out of their normal range of services and solved my problems. One of the times they came to my home to make the fix. The services were completed promptly, efficiently and fees were reasonable. I had spent hours and hours online with HP Support trying to get my new HP Printer interfaced with my Laptop and seriously it was a terrible experience. I brought my laptop and printer into Jake and he had it up and running in 10 minutes. He even went so far as to install the best malware program for me and anytime I ever have technical issues I absolutely know where to go from now on! Thank you Jake!
